iBuilt/Webdesignsoftware demonstrates its commitment to our customers' privacy by providing this statement. We will do everything in our power to ensure your right to privacy. We are committed to developing long lasting relationships that are built on trust. iBuilt LTD will never violate that trust.

1. Information Collected During Your Use of the Service
In order to register for our services, users are required to provide us with contact information (such as your name and email address), unique identifiers (like your password), and demographic information (like your zip code).

Certain information, such as passwords and email addresses, is collected in order to, among other things, verify your identity and for use as account numbers in our record system.

We use cookies solely as a means of allowing you to edit your site.

iBuilt LTD does not share web site usage information about visitors to our web site with anyone.

If you decide to purchase our services, iBuilt LTD will need to collect certain financial information, such as your credit card number, credit card expiration date, and billing address ("Financial Information"). Financial Information that is collected is used to check your qualifications for registration, to bill you for products and services, and for other purposes. iBuilt LTD does not share Financial Information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide you with the service.

We use customer contact information from the registration form to send you information about our services and, on occasion, we may send information about third party services that we feel would be of value to our customers. Your contact information is also used to contact you when necessary. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our web site. We may use your IP address to help protect ourselves and our partners from fraud.

3. Our Disclosure of Your Information 
We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described in this Privacy Policy and our Member Agreement without also providing you an opportunity to opt out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses. We may also offer you the option to attract visitors to your site through participation in search engines, comparative shopping services, or similar distribution opportunities.

iBuilt LTD will never willfully sell, lease, or rent any personally identifiable information about you or your business to any third party without first receiving your permission.

iBuilt LTD  offers features and services on our site where we will need to provide some of the information publicly available on your Member Site to third-party search engines offering search services. Should you choose to use any of these features and services, we may do the following with such information: distribute member product and service information and information about your store, your products and services, your web site address (URL), your contact information, and other information, to such search engines and various other comparative shopping and search services; and create a database of publicly available information about you or your business to its search partners with the express purpose of driving Internet user traffic to Member Sites, provided that such information is useful to the end users of the Member Sites. Publicly available information means information available to the public on your web site, and may include the following: information about the products or services you offer through the Member Site, your operating hours, your business address, your URL, your business contact information, and other such information. In no event, however, will we disclose any of your Financial Information.

iBuilt LTD  cannot ensure that all of your personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in ways not described in this Privacy Policy. For example, we may be required to disclose personally identifiable information to the government or by court order under certain circumstances, or other situations may arise requiring such disclosure. In addition, you authorize us to disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate. This site contains links to other sites. iBuilt LTD is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites.

4. Security 
In order to maximize protection of your information, the iBuilt LTD  Site Manager uses state-of-the-art technology to protect your data from use, misuse, or alteration by unauthorized third parties. Currently, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to protect your data and secure your transactions. SSL encrypts your credit card number as it is transmitted over the Internet. Of course, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure, and iBuilt LTD does not warrant that your information will be absolutely secure. Any transmission of data on or through the use of the iBuilt LTD  service is at your own risk.
